It is difficult to remember all the people we encounter along our journey, but it is certainly beautiful to remember those who have left a mark in one way or another.

Perhaps at that moment, we may not understand the value of advice or reprimand, nor may we appreciate a long sermon. However, often after some time, our minds process the message, digesting it and often transforming it into a concrete gesture, a change in direction, a choice, or simply a decision.

Many of these people, perhaps we have never thanked them for what they have given us, nor have we shared with them the effect of the seed sown in our hearts. I don't think any of them expected anything in return; rather, they were motivated by «freely you have received; freely give.» Among these people, I undoubtedly include many religious individuals. Each in their own way, with their own charisms, their own way of doing things, cultural and social backgrounds, they have tried to do their best while showing, like all of us, their own limitations. Many of them have even left an example, a mark in my life without uttering a word, even deeper than others. However, that «freely you have received, freely give» would be somewhat crippled if it were not repeated by everyone, in a logic of eternal universal balance.

It is here that each person interprets themselves, their own abilities and charisms, their own limits and possibilities, committing themselves to continue the eternal chain of «freely you have received, freely give» . As narcissistic and proud as we may be, we cannot always give advice or suggestions. Often, we can offer our hands, our time, our ears to listen to someone in need. Personally, I am not capable of giving what I have received, and the only thing I can do is support those who continuously give and do so in my place. In the end, it is right that the worker receives their reward.
